YK Vizuals provides professional photography and videography services tailored to each client’s vision. Services may include but are not limited to lifestyle, portrait, wedding, event, and brand photography, as outlined in the agreed package. Booking & Payment.

Booking & Payment:

To secure a session date and time, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking. This retainer holds the date and will be applied toward the total session fee. For portrait, graduation, studio, and standard sessions, the remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. For wedding photography services, the remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the wedding date, as outlined in the signed wedding agreement. If the remaining balance is not paid on time, YK Vizuals reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the retainer.

Booking Conditions:

Bookings are only confirmed after the non-refundable retainer has been paid and a signed agreement has been returned. Session start and end times are fixed, and arriving late will not extend the shoot unless prior arrangements are made in writing. Packages include a set number of edited images or videos, and raw or unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances. If a location permit is required, the client is responsible for obtaining it in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule once without penalty if written notice is given at least 72 hours before the session date. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer and require a new booking, subject to availability.

Cancellation:

All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if a client cancels for any reason, the non-refundable retainer will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued but, clients may book another date and time when they are ready, subject to availability, at Photographer’s discretion, the retainer may be applied to a new session date if rebooked within 60 days.

In the event that the client cancels on the day of the shoot due to severe weather or verified emergencies, no refund will be given, but the retainer may be transferred to a new session date agreed upon by both parties.

No-shows without notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and the client will be required to pay a new retainer to book any future sessions.

Deliverables:

Portrait, graduation, studio, and standard sessions will be delivered within 7–14 business days depending on the session type and number of images included in the selected package. Wedding photography services will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of the wedding date unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. The number of delivered edits will match the purchased package, and additional edits may be purchased for an extra fee. Editing includes standard adjustments such as exposure correction, color grading, and basic skin retouching, while advanced retouching like object removal or body reshaping will incur additional charges. Files will remain available for download for a set period, and it is the client’s responsibility to download and back them up within that time frame.

Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, bringing agreed-upon outfits, props, and accessories, and ensuring hair and makeup are ready before the shoot. Clients are also responsible for selecting the shoot location unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the photographer is asked to choose, YK Vizuals will suggest options based on the desired style, but final approval is the client’s responsibility. Any required permits, parking fees, or travel costs outside the agreed radius are also the client’s responsibility. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time without a refund.

Travel Fee:

Your session price includes travel up to 30 miles from the agreed starting point (one way). If your chosen location is farther than 30 miles, you will only be charged for the additional miles beyond the 30-mile allowance. This fee is calculated at $1.00 per mile, based on the extra miles (one way), multiplied by two for the round trip. The travel fee will be added to your final invoice.

Example: If your location is 45 miles away, you will be charged for the extra 15 miles beyond the included 30 miles. At $1.00 per mile, this equals $30 in travel fees.

Copyright & Usage:

All photographs and videos remain the sole property and copyright of YK Vizuals and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Clients are granted a personal usage license to print, share, and display images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial, editorial, or promotional usage must be approved in writing before the shoot and may require an additional licensing fee. Alteration of images, including the use of filters or heavy edits, is prohibited without prior consent.

Liability:

While YK Vizuals takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety of equipment and clients during the shoot, the business is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur. In the rare event of equipment failure, file corruption, or unforeseen technical issues, liability is limited to rescheduling the shoot or refunding the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable retainer. YK Vizuals is not responsible for conditions outside its control, including weather, uncooperative subjects, or restricted venue access.

Agreement:

By booking a session with YK Vizuals, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes binding from the moment the retainer is paid and applies to all services provided by YK Vizuals unless otherwise modified in writing and signed by both parties.
